When am I billed, and how does billing work?+

You're billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup. We charge based on successful transactions processed in the previous billing cycle. You'll receive an invoice 3 days before each charge with a full breakdown of your usage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?+

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle—you keep all features until then. No penalties, no questions asked.

What counts as a transaction? Do failed payments cost me?+

Only successful payments count toward your transaction limit. Declined cards, network errors, insufficient funds, provider timeouts—all free. We only charge when money actually moves. This keeps our incentives aligned: we succeed when you succeed.

What's the difference between sandbox and live transactions?+

Sandbox transactions are unlimited on all plans and use test credentials—perfect for development and testing. Live transactions process real money through your production provider accounts. The Free tier includes unlimited sandbox access plus 1,000 live transactions/month.

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?+

None. Zero setup fees, no implementation costs, no minimum commitments. You pay the platform fee shown on your plan plus whatever your payment providers charge directly. That's it. We believe in transparent pricing—what you see is exactly what you pay.

What happens if I need to cancel?+

Cancel anytime from your dashboard—no calls, no retention flows, no hassle. Your account stays active until the end of your billing period. We'll keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then securely delete everything. No long-term contracts, ever.
