Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reevit's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all users, including merchants, developers, and any other parties who access or use our payment orchestration platform.

2.Description of Services

Reevit provides a payment orchestration platform that enables merchants to: • Connect multiple payment service providers (PSPs) through a unified API • Route payments intelligently based on configurable rules • Manage transactions, refunds, and subscriptions • Access unified webhooks and reporting We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3.Account Registration

To use our services, you must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Promptly update any changes to your information • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.

4.Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)

Reevit operates on a BYOK model where you provide your own API credentials for each payment provider. You are responsible for: • Maintaining valid agreements with your chosen PSPs • Ensuring your API keys have appropriate permissions • Complying with each PSP's terms of service • Managing the security of your credentials within our encrypted vault We encrypt all credentials using AES-256-GCM and never store them in plaintext.

5.Payment Processing

When processing payments through our platform: • You are responsible for the accuracy of transaction data • All amounts are processed in minor units (e.g., pesewas, kobo) • Refunds are subject to the policies of the underlying PSP • We do not hold customer funds—all transactions flow directly to your PSP accounts Transaction fees are determined by your agreements with individual PSPs.

6.Prohibited Activities

You may not use Reevit for: • Illegal activities or transactions • Money laundering or terrorist financing • Fraud or deceptive practices • Selling prohibited goods or services • Violating any applicable laws or regulations • Attempting to circumvent our security measures

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reevit shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Failures or outages of underlying payment providers • Actions taken by PSPs regarding your accounts Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement: • With 30 days written notice for any reason • Immediately upon material breach by the other party • Immediately if required by law or regulatory action Upon termination, you must cease using our services.

9.Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
